Key Ingredients
Tranexamic acid works by inhibiting the production of melanin, by inhibiting tyrosinase activity and reducing the activity of melanocytes. It has powerful anti-inflammatory properties and is ideal for use post-procedure and in treating post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Kojic acid is another tyrosinase inhibitor that helps to brighten skin.
1-Methylhydantoin 2-Imide is a natural, skin identical amino acid derivative, ubiquitous in mammalian cells, and a powerful tyrosinase inhibitor.
Niacinamide works by inhibiting melanosome transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes, thereby reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation.
